Cumnor Parish Council Highways Committee is now part of the Environment and Amenities Committee that considers all Parish issues relating to highways. This committee meets quarterly and is open for the public to attend.

The Environment and Amenities Committee considers all issues relating to:-
- Bus shelters within the Parish
- Salt Bins (maintenance but not refilling with salt, this is the responsibility of Oxfordshire County Council (https://www.oxfordshire.gov.uk/cms/)
- Benches
- Noticeboards
